Refund Policy

BOARDING: Bookings during December, January, NSW school holidays and Easter must be paid in advance and there is a 50% cancellation fee of your total booking request if cancelled less then 14 days from the start of your booking and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than less then 7 days prior to your booking.

CLASSES: Please read all dates and details and choose carefully. We do not refund bookings for classes.

Terms and Conditions

I agree not bring my dog to Learners on Lead if it is unwell in any way (including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea or lethargy) or has fleas.

I agree not to attend Learners on Lead if I (the owner/handler, or minors in my care) am/are unwell in any way (including but not limited to cold/flu, vomiting or diarrhoea).

During dog training classes I, as the owner, agree to maintain control of my dog, and agree that I am responsible for my dog and its actions.

I understand that group dog training classes are designed to help with basic dog training and management, and will not necessarily solve existing more serious behavioural problems. Private lessons are available for more serious behavioural problems.

I agree to wear covered appropriate footwear to all Learners on Lead Classes and am aware I may be refused participation in any training exercises if I do not have covered footwear on.

Declaration of Physical Fitness

You must take full responsibility to monitor both the wellness and fitness of yourself and your dog(s). You, the participant, make the sole judgment to voluntarily participate in any or all said workouts, events, functions, competitions, sessions and activities as provided by Learners On Lead. Yes, I am physically well and fit and believe/declare that my dog is physically well and fit.

Indemnity Statement

I hereby waive any and all claims, suits, costs and demands and release Learners on Lead, its owners, its instructors and its volunteers from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog(s) may suffer, including specifically but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of my dog(s). I expressly accept the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any Learners on Lead training, social, or competition or other functions or while on the grounds or the surrounding area there to as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
